DIEGO LUCERO

Hi, I’m Diego! I’m a Mexican multi-disciplinary artist from Chicago, Illinois! I have a music business and computer science background. Music is my primary art form. I play professionally in a mariachi (@cielitolindofamily) and rock band (@weareliquidlizard), and love all sorts of music ranging from folk to grunge to EDM. I have some acting and live theater experience as well. I also do digital collage, a little bit of sculpture work, and some painting from time to time.

 

I have performed on Nickelodeon’s America’s Most Musical Family, as well as Lollapalooza with my family mariachi. In 2020 I was a recipient of the Chicago Rising star artist award, and I participated in productions of American Mariachi across the country as an actor and performer at the Cleveland Playhouse and Pacific Conservatory Theater.
